Well, there’s a Russian guy who climbed it. Tyomka Pirniazov from Moscow dared to reach the star on the top of the 577 foot tall Stalin-era building in Miscow, named Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. The following video was made by Tyomka while climbing, with a camera placed in his mouth. About his success he says: “This is the most dangerous thing I’ve ever made in my life, please don’t repeat under any circumstances.”
